Here are a few videos. None of them are brand new, I saw the robot mule on Colbert Report back in March 2006, it was funny when they kicked it because he shrieked, "Stop it! You're hurting it!" lol. Well it was funny.

Anyway here are some videos of robots:

Mule ('Big Dog'):

-can carry a few hundred pounds of... whatever you strap on it

Spider:

-not a robot technically but interesting chassis

Smaller mule:

-some people in NASA feel the only way to chart other planets is with swarms of little robots. Militaries are finding robots good for reconnaissance too. Or something this size could be a handy little landmine, but better because the minefield could deploy itself, and victims don't have to step on it, the mine could come to them.

Replicating robots:

-If it's my car healing dents I could see it useful, otherwise do you really want robots making other robots?

-So it's theoretically possible to combine insect brains with robot abilities. Anyone starting to worry yet? Especially if they can replicate?

And to prove that this isn't all hypothetical weaponized uses, here's South Korea playing with fire:

There's also a CROWS weapon station I read about buy can't find in search engines, unmanned, that will detect shots fired and with it's .50 return fire, with a human operator in the loop. The point is to detect human snipers and eliminate them.

So the main question is, how do you fight robots? Is there any sort of categories we can break down, like 'evasion' or 'weapons'? Any specific suggestions, like 'get a small dog'?

Off-hand it seems to me that it's probably impossible to fully armour a walking robot against rifle-fire, but who knows.
