Finally got my 1911!!

After doing my research, I finally got my 1911! I was gonna go with the Sig GSR stainless. But I got a great deal on a NIB S&W 1911. Stainless! Here are the pictures! Enjoy!

Sweet, dude. I'm still anticipating my first 1911. I was going to pick up a Dan Wesson Commander Bobtail this week, but I'm about to drop $1100 on a tricked out AR tomorrow, so my 1911 will have to wait until my tax refund gets here.

My friend has one and it's always been a reliable fun gun. I can't say that about my Rock Island 1911 :/

A few words of advice though...
Turn off your flash and turn on your room light. Or turn on multiple lamps or just open the windows and take the pics during the day.
Turning off the flash means you'll have to hold the camera perfectly still longer, or better yet get a tripod.
You'll end up with better pics.
Also, your camera probably has a macro feature that lets you take pictures up close.

This isn't the best pic, but you get the idea. you'll end up with better depth.

Finally shot the beast today! It was so accurate! Made me look like i was a good shooter! =) Most accurate handgun I've ever owned. Well, besides my Duty Glock 21!

My dad a SA 1911, I haven't shot it in years. But I like the SW quality better. my dad's is Blued.

Yup, those are SA grips. My friend gave me his since I didn't like the rubber hogue ones as much.
