Yes. I agree with that FACT. The question states that it is a FACT that open carry is legal, and I agree with that legality, so I voted yes. I could care less where we're talking about, Pennsylvania or otherwise. If it's presented as a fact, then I can agree or disagree with the law.

I asked the question because there is no law permitting open carry in PA. Rather, the law is silent on the matter, making open carry de-facto legal. I can imagine a lot of people thinking that because there is no law permitting open carry, it is not legal.
