Firearms company that "does it right"- who's yours?

Glock - My 21 has held up to all the retarded things I may have (and have yet) done to it. It's my carry piece right now.

H&K - I'd be carrying my USP45f if it wasn't for the fact that the control lever is larger than I like. Other than that, it has performed flawlessly. I've never had to use their customer service.

KKM - Great barrels.

CCF (Capitol City Firearms)- I got an HK USP barrel and a Vortex flash-suppressor from them some years ago and both have worked well since. I have no idea how they are now, but my experience has been a positive one.

Lone Wolf - Everything I've ordered has been received when they said it would (if not sooner). When there was a delay, I was notified promptly as to why.

Double-Tap - For 10mm shooters they are a blessing. Quick service and shipping times plus quality ammo makes it hard to find any negatives. I reload the 10 but DT's offerings are hard to resist.

Georgia Arms - I've bought some 500 rnd. cans of their 230 gr. FMJ .45 ACP in the past (practice ammo) and I can't remember a single round that failed. I'd still use them if I didn't reload now.

Comp-Tac - The CTAC has proven itself to be a great (and flexible) IWB holster for me. I've heard their customer service is great as well, though I've never had to use it.

Dillon - Reloading so easy, even I can do it.

Beretta, outstanding products and quality customer service. Had them check out a 682 Gold E I bought from a friend, no charges, fast return of the gun.

Steyr Mannlicher on the other hand was a pain in the butt. Customer service dept wrote a smart a$$ answer to a legitimate question. Will not deal with them again.

Colt, jury still out. 1st repair on an AR rifle was real professional and fast. Now I hear that I am getting the second back, without any changes, and no communication other that what I have instigated.

Springfield, great product. Just took my dealer 5 months to get a SOCOM II, from them.

DPMS, similar time delay as Springfield, but at least I got my lowers at a great price ($75 each).

The only FIREARM I have ever had problems with was my POS Walther P22. I have never ever been more disappointed in a Weapon as I was with that Pistol. My 80.00 Phoenix Arms pistol was 99.9% more reliable than the Walther.

I've owned Brownings, Rem, Beretta's, Colts, RRA, Taurus, Marlins, etc All have been very very well and reliable

Comp-Tac for holsters. They kept me updated every step of the holster-making process. Even the invoice in the box had a hand-written "thank you". Great service and product.

I've always been happy with my Springfields. Never had to use their customer service, but I hear it's good.

Glock-excellent product with zero problems, although I have heard their customer service is excellent.

DSA-when UPS "lost" my STG58C DSA handled everything. I had a new rifle in hand the following week. Thanks again Jennifer!

AIM Surplus-excellent products, prices, and service. The best.

Springfield Armory

I have not had any issues but needed some information on two V16s.
They responded quickly to my e-mail inquires and were great on the phone
as well. Real friendly and spent the time to find the information I was looking
for even though I was not the original owner. No sales talk just friendly good
people.
