First time reloading

Yes

I've seen many if not all of those.
I've enjoyed the BE86 discussions so much I actually tried it and really like it.
So yes I always like seeing discussions. What folks are doing, how to do things better or different. Etc

If you had 900 fps at one of the lighter charges, you should stop and not shoot the heavier charges.
I didn't see any chrono #s posted.

I have the Dillion 380 gauge too.

Huge fan of the Dillon case gauges - quick, accurate, don't rust or tarnish, but not the cheapest gauges out there. Have them in almost all the calibers I reload for and really miss them for the calibers that Dillon doesn't make (like 7.62x25).

I will add that when I use the Lee Factory Crimp Die, I sometimes skip the "plunk" test -- have never had a round cleanly pass the Lee FCD but fail the Dillon plunk test. If there was any real resistance at all with the Lee FCD, the round goes into the plunk test pile.

Welcome to the world of reloading!

A year into reloading, OP, I have become an inveterate notetaker.

Amen. If you haven't already, it would probably be a good idea to keep a reloading notebook and record your loads, observations, results, etc. Mine (old style paper and pen) stays in my range bag so I can make notes right at the range.
