Talked to PWS this morning.
Lesson 1. Don't call them. They don't want to talk to you. Be a good little consumer and go to their website. Create a user account on their in house warranty system. Wait for the e-mail from their in house warranty system to confirm your account, it's not immediate . . . never mind the confirmation e-mail never comes. Now send an e-mail to PWS asking for help with a screenshot of the error. Have them reset your password instead of just approving your account. Now fill out their on-line warranty request form including putting in the serial number in two different places on the same page. This is not starting out well. Admittedly I had high hopes for good service from a company in my home state. Oh well.
