I am just back from a local DraftFredThompson / Friends of Fred Thompson / Texas FredHeads strategy session. As you can imagine - the excitement in the air is INCREDIBLE...

I still fail to see how this is great news or even good news.

I don't know which are more insipid all of the Thompson threads or the Paul threads...

The Paul threads may be. Certainly some of the Paul supporters have more original ideas.

I wish the mods would limit the candidates to one sticky thread each.

I just wish Thompson was more interested in freedom and controlling our borders than we are used to.

I just wish folks would hold their water until 2008. We don't need month after month after month of repeating the same old stuff about the candidate of choice.

And none of this drivel is of immediacy as regards our laws or civil rights. It is many months until even the first primary, with many primaries to follow.

I won't even go into the quality of the commentary in these threads...
