Full size CZ’s

Been eyeing a CZ75 polished stainless for a while now. But i never shot a standard production 75 and no where around to handle one. waiting for the day some LGS gets a 75b in stock so i can play with the trigger. I assume it will be close to the same on the 75b

Should be the same or similar. Beavertail may be a little different.

To me the weakest part of a CZ is the sights and a new trigger. Trigger will improve over time. If impatient, CGW can solve the trigger problem pretty quickly.

So......... @Nature Boy ........... did you put it on layaway yet?

No, I’ve been out of town on business.

I’d like to say that the time and distance has diminished my desire for this pistol but unfortunately it’s take up residence in my brain and won’t leave

Started with full size CZ's in 2002 and last one is an omega convertible. I find the trigger much better as it does not "cam" back just before firing like the others. YMMV. First "de-cocker" and getting used to it.

DA/SA with safety. DA/SA with decocker can not be converted to SA only.
To be clear, you CAN certainly install the SAO trigger into a decocker gun like the SP-01 Tactical or 75 BD, and some people do it. For safety reasons it's just not advisable, CGW won't do it for you, and won't recommend that customers do it.

If one wants to eliminate about 90-95% of the camming back of the hammer in S/A, install CGW's Race Hammer Kit. The race hammer also improves S/A trigger pull very noticeably, and especially so if you go with a lighter spring like in the Ultra-Lite Kit.

The only complaint I have is if you do have an issue & need to rack the slide, there's nothing to grab really. End up pressing on a bench or something..... Not in normal use - enough for that - but something needs some encouragement to extract, not enough slide to grab for me.

I found out that if you pull the hammer back first, racking the slide become a lot easier.

I only have one CZ a I really like it , I have 1 XDs , 3 Glocks and an HK vp9 , all are 9mm and the CZ is my favorite of them and is my nightstand gun
The full size all metal CZ is a cool gun for sure smooth and accurate mine is still all stock parts ,
