About the most interesting thing I've read in a long time. Has the ring of truth. I well remember the chain-vomit effect from grade school. The incident I remember best started with a kid eating a banana and chewing with his mouth wide open. My vomit trigger reflex has long since atrophied but it was alive and well back then. I took one look at the open-mouthed nastiness and went " BLAAAARRGGGggggggg!" The contageon spread and suddenly the cafeteria was filled with a coloidal mist of techinicolor puke.
