I was carrying a glock 23 in mtac in 3:00 3:30 with crimson trace on it with no problems (6'1 200lbs). I would take the mtac and adjust it to each setting you can and with each setting, try it out at all positions you can sitting, standing, bending over until you find one that is right. You want the belt tight but no too tight. Try different cants on the holster. You can adjust that holster to your needs. You will find something that will work. Just play with it.
Also people will most likely not see it printing and if it's minimal, then they won't think gun. Could be cell phone.
Anyway,
I started concealing my Glock 21 with no problems and beleive it or not it is comfortable than carrying my g23. Weird i know but i swear i totally forget i have a full size pistol in 45acp on me. Also in a mtac. I can drive, run, jump and still feel comfortable on me. It was a cake to conceal the 23 but i thought the g21 would be a heavy brick but not the case. Trick is good holster with adjustable cant and height and a good gun belt.
