Glock 19 KB's. Now with a new question reguarding FNP's.

My google-fu is weak when it comes to Glocks.
I've only heard of KB's in .40 caliber Glocks. How about Glocks with 9mm +p or +p+? .45 ACP +p?
Edit, let me rephrase, I'm pretty sure they'll hold the pressure, but will it wear them out fast?
A final question, are those 25 round G21 magazines reliable? That's the main reason I'm looking at Glocks, I want to play with 33 and 25 round magazines.

I'm still leery of plastic guns, 30 years after they were introduced.

Ahh...the popular discussion of the infamous Glock KABOOM.

Go to "the gun zone" site to find some nice Glock hating writing; it has a .45ACP kB story.

You should have nothing to worry about, just be cautious in using bad reloads. I've shot reloads out of my Glock 35 model in .40S&W and it's non-problematic.

I haven't heard of 9mm glock kBs and they should work fine with +p or +p+, I think they are still below the pressure of .40 (and I wonder how many of the .40 kB were double-charged or using bulged cases). I've heard the 33 round g18 mags are reliable (they should be since they are factory).

They do like to bash Glock.

I've seen many steel guns that went kaboom. If you use ammo that's overcharged or damaged it can cause a KB in any type of gun.

I'll only be using my reloads, so I should be alright on that, then.

I'm thinking 2 or 3 33 rounders would be nice to have put up for a SHTF or something.

I hate to start a new thread, so I'm just going to post this here. My father's looking for a .40 caliber pistol, and he likes the FNP.
All the reviews I've found so far are for the 9mm version or the typical payed-off gun writer who never finds a flaw in anything.

A friend of mine has a 1st gen G17, and I've seen 3 blow outs (brass) in the area where the feed ramp cut out meets the chamber. It was from his departments, commercial reloaded ammo. The gun suffered no damage, but it did blow the magazine out, and burnt his hand. Not a KB in my book, but if the chamber had a little less cut out, the case might not have ruptured. Who knows? I love Glocks, and trust my G19 compleatly:)
