Does anyone here have some experience with pocket carrying Glock 26?

I'm considering getting one, and doing I/OWB carry most of the time, but would like to be able to put it in my pocket as well.

Is it too heavy? To large? Good pocket holster suggestion?

The G26 or any other baby glock is too big for normal pocket carry. If you talking about like a cargo pocket or something then use an IWB holster with a clip on your pocket.

I tried it with a 27, the same gun except for caliber. Even in a large cargo pant pocket with an Uncle Mike's pocket holster, it looked like a paperback book in my pocket and tugged at my waistband.

I carry a Glock 26 in a DeSantis Nemesis pocket holster almost every day. It is heavy. I think folks tend to be overly conscious about concealed carry. When I carry it in a pants pocket, I have never had anyone give it a second glance. I have had opportunity to remove it from my pocket several times for various reasons, and the reaction I always get is "Wow!...I had no idea." In all fairness, I have several pairs of pants that the pockets are too shallow for this. My jeans, and most of my pleated front slacks work just fine. It also fits nicely in the inside pocket of several of my jackets.

Sounds perfect to me. Just to be clear, I am not a big guy. I am 5'8", and 190 pounds. (OK, I'm a little big around, just not very big in height) :p

I have a G26, and a Nemesis pocket holster. I do have some pants in which it will work, but I don't do it very often. G26 is either in a SmartCarry or IWB. For pocket carry I use a Smith j-frame (not both at the same time ;))

I find myself choosing the j 90% of the time...

Most people will find the mini-Glocks to be too bulky for typical pocket carry, likewise the bigger "snubby" revolvers like the Ruger SP101, but there are a few folks who can make it work for them, usually larger guys in very casual clothing.

Eric- Anytime I've got my pants on I've got my Glock 26 in a Desaintis Nemisis holster in my left front pocket and I do not find it heavy at all, in fact I find it most comforting and I know that if I ever need it it will go bang. I don't understand folks saying the 26 is too heavy or too big, maybe they should carry it in their purse. Anyway Eric get the Glock 26 and the Desaintis Nemisis and in a very short time you want even know it's there..VOW

How about some pictures?

Most G26/27 holsters I've had experienced with are IWB types, but not pocket holsters.
I'd assume the trousers/pants would be very baggy.

I'd like to see the comparisons.

I carry my G26 in a Galco Horsehide pocket holster as my EDC. Daily attire is Dockers with untucked shirt, or jeans with untucked shirt. It is heavy, but I keep telling myself that a gun should be comforting, not comfortable. That said, I find it much more comfortable in a tighter pair of jeans than I do in the Dockers. No one has ever acted like they've noticed it. My wife usually can't pick out which pocket I carry it in, because my other pockets are usually as full. I don't have a picture of myself with it in my pocket, but I do have a picture of my current holster (holding my old G27, which I traded for a second G26). The holster is holding up well, but doesn't look nearly as nice and clean, anymore.

I can do it, but it is not the quickest gun to draw from jeans.

Here is a pocket holster that I make for the Glock 26 sized guns, along with some friends. It's designed to be a small as possible, while still doing it's job.
