I do find it reassuring to hear what you say about "there isn't a holster on this planet that makes the G26 any skinnier". That's what I keep thinking, but I'm so surprised that I don't see that more often in replies. As I said before, even just carrying the 19 without a holster (which makes it even skinnier than if I carry using a good holster), it's still not comfortable.

I guess we all have different comfort requirements, but I'm willing to give up a little comfort for a gun with great capacity, and a more robust design. To me that's comforting.

OWB is a comfortable option, as long as your shirts are long enough.

OWB is a comfortable option, as long as your shirts are long enough.

No doubt about what you say about OWB. I tried on some OWB holsters the other day and loved it! Unfortunately, much of my dress attire involves tucked in shirts, and less concealable type clothing. Thus the preference for IWB. But I'm starting to think OWB more and more as an option for certain situations...

That's the key, different holsters and attire for different situations. It's nice to have a one size fits all, but at the same time its good to be flexible and adapt.
