While a Glock forum is neat and all, there really isn't much to talk about considering the majority of Glocks work every time and are pretty boring

True..true.. but if you go to 1911 forum, there's always something to talk about, things like polishing the feed ramp because it won't feed JHP, tweaking magazine springs because it won't feed on last round, adjusting extractor because it won't extract and eject, and how to ship your gun back to the manufacturer. You will also become an expert in clearing jams while shooting it in the range. :neener:

Just throwing this out there, I have a G22 I've been carrying in a Comptac C-TAC holster and I went to the local shop to see if I could trade in for a G23. I told the owner that from what I've heard, the compact is easier to carry even with the slight size difference. The owner gave me a lecture about the G23 only being a 1/2" shorter and that would not make carrying IWB any easier and I should switch to a pancake holster. I was suprised he talked me out of a sale but I'm still thinking of getting the G23 or G27.

Anyone have any insight? I saw the side by side with the G23 and G22 and the difference wasn't that much but It looks like it would be enough to help hide the grip better. I'll probably buy a G23 and sell my G22 on the boards here if I can make up my mind.

I have owned all the .40S&W's and I find the G27 is the most comfortable one out of the .40's there is. I'm a big guy ( 6'3" and 330lbs. ) and I can carry a G22 with no problems, other that having to pull up my pants ever once in awhile, but with a G27 there is sometimes I forget that it's there. I have a Tac pro belt holster ( alot like Fobus, without the rivets ) for my G27 and it rides the gun high and close to my body and it's so comfortable to me I used to buy paddle holsters and take off my gun when I get home, now I leave it on due to it's that comfortable.

I really like the fact that Glock carries 10mm firearms, they seem to be getting harder to find these days...
Anyone have any pics of a Glock 29? ^.^

I'm disappointed. I thought this was a post about the new Glock Club - The new Glock item that can be used to beat a person. I haven't seen it yet, but I assume it has a nice square shape.

Glocks are boringly reliable and easy to troubleshoot.

Exactly. I have a Glock for the same reason I drive a Honda Accord: it works. I'd honestly RATHER drive something more distinctive and stylish and interesting; but that dang Honda just works and works and works, and so does the Glock (17, of course).

I'm a revolver man at heart, and the G17 is my only centerfire semi-auto handgun amidst 9 wheelguns; but it's also the one handgun I'd go for in a lot of situations. Not because I love it, but because it just works. So yeah, I'd have to say I'm a member of the club--even if a bit reluctantly.

I like my Glock 34 - but it is the only Glock I still have. I always shot low and to the left w/ Glocks no matter how much I practiced - except for the Glock 34 - which has the stock lighter trigger :)

This gun I like :)

If they would at LEAST make them available in another color I might be more inclined .........

Oh, but they DO. And this is in addition to olive drab.

Just kidding, I'm not a glock hater, I'm just having a little fun.

The Dark Side is....... Good!!!!!
Two G17's, two G26's, and G20 here!!!!

I have owned H&K's USP's ,Sig's, Beretta, Springfield etc in the past. Even a gasp.... 1911. All of those are long gone. All that remains are GLOCKS!!! :)

Yes. I love my Glocks... a lot! One of my 8 Glocks will do 99% of anything that I need to do with a handgun. Here are some pics of some of the ones that we have modified here. A couple are mine, others are customer's. There is a combination of grip reductions, stippling, chops and DuraCoat jobs.

I went away from Glocks for a while, but now I am back in full force.

With my AR15 pistol are my OD Glock 17, my Glock 30 and my wifes Glock 19.

Soon to join them are a Glock 21 and then who knows....:D
