Glock pricing ?

Greetings all , I have a quick question. my local Firearms dealer here in beautiful south Florida sells new in the box glocks for between 480-500$. Why are so many used glocks or guns in general priced the same as the new ones? This is assuming all things equal I.e. there are no nightlights or fancy things added.

Usually a used glock(gen3or 4)that was taken care of should run ~400. I wouldn't pay more than that unless it comes with night sights or 4 or 5 extra FACTORY mags. If it's a police trade in ~325-350.

I recently sold my glock 27 w/night sights and 4mags for 425$

dealers that charge that much for used glocks in free states are ripping people off. go to a different dealer.

in places like Massachusetts, were new glocks have been illegal for years, the used ones go for around $700, if you're lucky enough to find one.

$380 is the most i would pay for a used glock in FL.

480-500 is a fair price for a NIB Glock. It's the same price I paid 5 or 6 years ago for mine.
