My opinion is that you refuse to see the other side of the issue, and you just want to be right

My opinion is I can say the same of you, BUT I don't know you at all, SO "I" won't make asinine assumptions about you...OR anyone else I've never even met.

But YOU two are "right" and I'm totally 100% WRONG, NO homes get broken into, no guns are stolen NO such thing as home invasions (insert smile here)which doesn't answer the OP poster's questions, which at least I DID try to do.....FWIW

Homes are broken into, and as such, people install alarms and safes, and buy dogs, because they recognize the threat that poses to their firearms and their community.

So if you're going to carry a gun in your car, please.....use a clever hiding spot and a really good, really securely affixed safe.

NO doubt about it, every American has a state of the art alarm system, ten pit bulls on guard at all times . Yes Tis "I" who can't see but one side of the debate LOL

There are no longer lower and lower middle class folks living on tight budgets with just a gun or two for protection...talk about reaching...the FACT is guns ARE stolen, not just from cars, since the both of you have more than decided to make it personal, without provocation I will add, only because many here do not agree with a couple here... (reading the posts it seems more than a few DO keep a gun in their car, no matter what a couple others "think") I have no further interest in this discussion with either of you...but "carry on" ....:banghead:

A decent little gun safe costs LESS than any handgun on the market today. Not owning one if your gun is in a high risk location when it's stored is nuts.

But, if you're so freakin' dirt poor that you cannot afford a $60 pistol safe, why do you even own a car? How do you pay for the gas, or the insurance...

Why are you so adamantly opposed to the notion of securing your firearms?

Umm, you guys wanna just take this to email or PM now? It's gone on a little long at this point.
