Got an SKS

So I had an Enfield .303 British and I was wanting something more practical and not as expensive to shoot. I got to looking into SKS's and their affordability to mod. Just so happens I got a call last night from a young fella wanting to know if I'd be interested in trading my Enfield for an SKS. I was happier than a fat kid in a candy store and I went for it.

I'd say it was a fair trade. You both got a $300 gun and both are happy. You probably come out on top with the extra stock. If the Enfield had a scope mount then he came out on top though. Sounds like both parties get to go home happy.

Looks like you got a synthetic stock and a 20 round mag. As long as you're both happy looks pike a fair trade.

Yugos are gong for $225-$250 around here. Norincos get another $100 at the same shops.
