After much revision and machining, we got the first batch of KA-1222's off the line today. This is our first unit that is strictly a thread-on install, they are threaded for 1/2x28 and use a standard A2 crush washer. These are a direct replacement on any AR15 or M16 rifle and will fit any other 1/2x28 barrel as well. We've also got a 13x1.0 tap coming in soon and will run a small batch for Galil rifles with the Israeli barrels. This brake/suppressor is designed to cut recoil and flash, in a package that is thinner than an A2 "birdcage" and almost identical in weight (<2gm difference). We'll have them out at some of the upcoming shoots and some vendors will be running them so you might see them elsewhere as well. We'll have a short demo video compiled this week hopefully if we can get some time to work on it. They will be finished with a dark parkerization. Here's a couple pics of one installed on an AR. It is hard to take a photo of the port layout, but there are 6 ports on either side seperated at 45 degree intervals (we run a '6/45' layout on most of our brakes).
We'll have some better pics up when we finish resizing the pictures and editing video.
