I've been saying a while now, Republicans have stepped away from their core values, traded them for a corrupt quasi-fascist set of beliefs. Law and order (important though it is), have been twisted in a worship of the state masked as "freedom."
Not that the Democrats are any better, in many ways they are worse. Why would McCain being anti-free speech suprise you Tex? He's a politician. Words can be more dangerous than guns, because if we vote McCain out for what he has done, he can't play the matyr card. It's the beauty of free speech. Peacefull revolt.

Someone needs to call Ron Paul and plead him to go for the nomination. Maybe run as the kind of republican that the republicans want to elect, but once he gets elected. BOOM! LIBERTARIAN TIME!
