Ditto on Webley remakes.
Another rifle along the same thought as the Armalite AR-180B and Kel-Tec SU-16--inexpensive, made for the average joe, accurate enough, and chambered in 5.56 with AR mags.
New-production No.4 Mk.1s in .243, .308, and .30-30... could even make the .30-30 a Jungle Carbine.
Nicely-finished wood at a lower price. Figuring isn't all there is to wooden furniture.
Colt Lightning in .357/.38, DA/SA like the original.
Madsens, G43s, FG-42s, and MAS (auto and bolt) in .308 from the get-go, using FAL or M14 mags as needed. Heck, throw in Mauser Commission rifles, Lebels, etc.
Affordable carbines in 7.62x25mm.
More designs along the idea of the GSG series. They've got the MP5 and the AK, why not some more "out there" ideas like the P90, MP7, Steyr TMP, etc.?
Parts kits, quality parts kits, of guns from the movies. A body kit for an AO Thompson to make it look like the M41 Pulse Rifle from Aliens, or for a Saiga-12 to make your very own Vera. Octagonal cylinder and other stuff for Mal's gun. And so forth.
Remakes of the Liberator pistol and shotgun that are appropriately priced.
The VolksGewehr in 7.62x39, priced accordingly.
A semi-auto .223/5.56 that takes AR mags. Fairly crude, but reliable. No fancy-schmancy stuff like rails or aftermarket furniture, barring sling loops. Sights are iron peep, like the AR. Reliability, ease of use, and extremely low price (under $250) are key; ergonomics, accuracy (though it should be 10 MOA or less), and aesthetics don't matter. Basically, a Hi-Point centerfire autoloading rifle.
1911s with NOTHING FANCY AT ALL, not even elaborate roll marks. If I see front slide serrations, I shall slap you with a herring. Parkerized, no skeleton trigger, though a beavertail is okay. Checkering is okay, as long as it's restricted to where it should be. Completely USGI compatible, and under $400.
Ithaca and Winchester pump shotguns, made in the US.
The original Walther P99. The new ones are ugly.
Lastly, a semi-auto .45-70.
