H&K USPc 9mm

About to buy a USPc chambered in 9mm, and wanted to hear from long term owners. Since buying the gun, have you noticed any changes in performance or accraucy? How long have you owned it and what is the round count? How well has the HE finish held up? Any dealings with H&K customer service as of late (in other words has CS improved)?

I think I have settled on this model for lawful CCW and as a HD gun as well, so I wanted to hear more about the above questions before I fork out a nice chunk of change. Thank you

I have several thousand rounds thru my stainless USPc9. It looks as good as new, shoots fine, never ever had a problem. I do not carry this one, but it is loaded in the bedroom safe as a second GOTO pistol. I expect this gun to last my lifetime and then some. Very robust, reliable and easy to shoot lots of ammo at a time. A great range gun, and excellent duty gun choice.

Had mine for a few years, bought it used. Prior to me, it had about 50-100 rounds through it, I'd guess. I've put another 300 or 400 (mixed 124 gr. hardball and Gold Dot 124 gr. +P) through I think, and still looks as good as new and never missed a beat. Despite all my efforts at getting other pistols intended to carry or bring along on trips, it's ALWAYS been my HK USPc 9 that goes with me (except for one camping trip where I went smaller), lives in the nightstand, etc. It's a great balance of size, handling, and reliability.

Everything I hear indicates that customer service is excellent now. They have a forum dedicated solely to customer service issues where you can email/pm a service rep if need be. With it being a gun that's built like a tank, you probably won't need them anyway.

The only reason I got rid of my USPc was the thumb safety and the trigger.
When I held the gun in deep handsforward grip, I always had trouble with the safety / decocker. The thing I did not like with the trigger was the mushy feel and the longer reset.
Other than those, it was a trouble free and accurate semiauto through approximately 1.5 K rounds.

I have a stainless USPc 9mm, absolutely incredible pistol, incredibly well made, totally flawless functioning, superb ergonomics, it has it all. Funnily enough the wife and I were wondering who the future owners will be when we're dead and gone, and we're still young.

Pistols don't get much better than this.

My USPc 9mm is a 2002 model, and has been the most amazing auto I've ever owned. I love it. The hotter the ammo, the better it does. It loves Remington 115 grn +P JHP.

I have the full size USP9sd. It is a very reliable and accurate gun.
