Quick-draw McGraw gets busted for carrying a concealed weapon: his Spanish guitar. It has all the great cliches, too: the guitar lobby, "the Founding Fathers could never have imagined...", Birdman's understudy accidentally kills Baba Louie with a guitar found in Quick-draw's guitar display-case, etc.

Harvey Birdman: Attorney at Law is a satirical animated spoof of Law & order-type shows that airs on Adult Swim. The show recycles classic Hanna-Barbera characters and puts them in humorous legal situations, often involving hot-button issues. Harvey Birdman serves as the criminal defense attorney. I think it's a brilliantly-written show. My favorite episode is "Blackwatch Plaid", which pokes fun at homeland security hysteria. The episode the OP referenced is "Guitar Control".

My favorite (I don't know the name) is where all the old cartoon villains file a class action suit against Harvey for pain, injury, and distress he caused them.

I remember that episode from like a million years ago. It was crappy and mostly antigun IMO.

I mostly like Harvey Birdman although I haven't seen it in a while. I loved the Flintstone RICO case and the Apache Chief hot coffee in crotch case.

The first one I saw was the Scooby-Doo Episode. Freaking hilarious. The Guitar Control one was great. Birdman:"What is your occupation?" QDM:"I'm a cowboy." Birdman:"On a steel horse you ride."
A few of the shows episodes could at best be called 5th grade humor, but the largest majority of them were well-written satire.
