Where before, the ACLU could dodge defending the Second Amendment under the rationale, "Whether or not the right to keep and bear arms is an individual right is in dispute, therefore we will not choose to actively defend it.", but now, since it has been ruled as an individual right, should the ACLU not be setting up a dedicated section for issues relating to the RKBA?
Should some of us who are more professionally qualified than myself knock on their door and volunteer to lead this new section? I'm not sure whether I'm being facetious or not. What is their rationale to ignore the RKBA NOW?
