I've been going through the various models of HK P2000's, and each time I think I understand the various trigger versions, I find myself even more confused.
As I understand it, there's a version 1 with the LEM trigger, but it's not sold in the US. The LEM trigger is a constant pressure DAO trigger that doesn't require a decocker or safety.
Again as I understand it, the Version 2 is like the Version 1, but with a trigger pull of 7.3 pounds. This is the US version.
Version 3 is a conventional DA/SA trigger and hammer, with a decocking button next to the hammer at the rear of the slide.
I thought I had all of the above correct (and I probably don't) until I came across another model that is version 2 but has a SA/DA trigger. Now I'm really confused. Are all of the version 2 triggers LEM? Are all version 2 DAO, or are all P2000's DA/SA?
Can anyone 'splain?
