Incorrect. "Beyond a reasonable doubt" does not equal beyond any and all doubt, even unreasonable. I don't believe there is reasonable doubt that Peterson snuffed his poor wife. However, that doesn't rule out the possibility that the one-armed man will be found. I'm sure OJ is on the case.
