Okay, saw this at the show too and had a half-hour conversation with the European inventer. Check out what Hogue has to say about it:

Personally, I was impressed. To me, this meant one thing: INSTANT RACE GUN! WOOHOO! Very easy to retract the slide. While it looks like it could be ambidexterous, the Inventor said that he didn't plan on marketing the conversion kit. He said he'd spent a good bit of engineering time getting everything symetrical so that he could, indeed, make it an easy switch to left hand eject. After he'd done that, he finally realized that there wasn't really a market for lefty eject. Oh well, here's what it looks like:
