Are the Hogue wooden monogrips the same dimensions as the rubber monogrips? I'm looking for a grip for a Dan Wesson .357 revolver, but the rubber monogrip is a bit too low-volume for my hand.

OSX is correct, they have a huge selection. I got a grip that fit perfect for me on my DW, but I went through a few before I found the right size.

I have wood, rubber and nylon Hogue Monogrips on various S&W revolvers. They all seem to be pretty much the same within a given frame size.

My experience with the wooden Hogues is that they are significantly thicker. This is based on comparing their non-fingergroove wooden models with their rubber fingergroove models on a couple of my Rugers. I found this to be true for both my Ruger Blackhawk and my Ruger Security Six.

Olywa, that is interesting. I have Hogue wooden grips for my Super Blackhawk, and they are huge! Much bigger than the rubber grips. That you say it is the same for you Security Six - a DA, bodes well.
