Backup Gun Thoughts
I voted for one, which is what I normally carry. One thing I thought of with backup guns is that if I carry one, it has to be of a serious caliber and reliable because, by nature, a backup gun is one you will use due to 1) out of ammo in the first, meaning a serious threat or 2) first gun jams, meaning you tried to shoot and it failed, again a serious threat. If my main gun does not handle the treat, how is a secondary one of a lesser caliber going to handle it? I am not trying to get into a caliber or how many to carry war, just something I thought about for those who may need to use their main gun, let alone their backup. Carry what you want, just something to think about.
