How many handguns do you have?

Way, way too many. I've often thought of paring the collection down a bit, but I discovered a long time ago (after some very stupid mistakes) that I never buy a gun I didn't like and resolved not to sell anymore off. The problem with that is my "collection" or "personal armory" has now become too large. Maybe I'll sell off a bunch and realign what I have.
 
Only Six

I have 4 Auto's Two.45's Two .40's and 2 Revolvers. The auto's Are 2 Springfield XD .45's one 4 inch service model and one 5 inch tactical model. Then two Taurus 24/7 pro's both 4 inch service models. The revolvers are an old Ruger .357 mag security six 3 inch and a Taurus Titanium .38 special 2 inch snuby [7 shot] That's not too many. In my house it is really not a problem. I have a perfect marriage, my wife love's to shoot too. I just bought a brand new Pontiac GT with a supercharger. She was a little upset over that. She thinks I will get more speeding tickets. I could get a speeding ticket in a go-cart! But she is an awesome wife and we never argue.

If you collect them....you never know when one might come along

I have 8 at the moment, but I collect them for fun from a historical perspective. My wife understands this and as long as I am not buying a gun instead of paying the phone bill it's all good. Weather is fishing poles, reels, golf clubs, guns, gambling, or whatever, as long as your hobby is not putting priority on your responsibilities then it is something you guys can work out. Arguments such as "I make the money so I will do what I want with it" or "If you can buy another pair of shoes, then I can buy another gun", are just gonna get your ass kicked.....lol. Good Luck
 
Seems I have a lot of catching up to do! :) My kids want them all when I die but, I've got plans to be buried in the safe.:what: "He who dies with the most toys...WINS". :D
 
Between the wife and me, we have 13 handguns with 2 conversion kits. Of course we're planning on adding more :D
 
i have 5 but one of them i dont know much about .it is a 32/20 winchester i have not found any ammo for it a few pepole i have talked to said it was a cowboy gun ?

I feel Ive covered the initial bases, also have a rem model 1100 semi auto 20 gauge home defense/skeet gun. Shoots the 3inch mags, love this gun. My grandpa traded a couple of his WW2 guns to get this for me when I was a teen.

I think my next is gonna be a p3at for the last of my need to fill a purpose gun. After that I will plug away at some I want for fun, maybe something to replace/work with the mil pro at some point.

Every thing else I gave to my mom to hold, 22lr semi rifle, winchester 22 mag rifle, 308, and a ithaca pump 12 ga, as she has plenty of secure space and she lives out in the country and does some hunting, shooting herself.

hey JAB , You don't have the initial bases covered quite yet, you still need at least a wheelgun and something in .45 for that :D
