What level of practice is neccessary to maintain and improve your shooting skills would you say ? What is the minimum ? At what point does the benefit start to be outweighed by other considerations such as time or money ?
Of course there are many kinds of practice that don't involve discharging the firearm, but how many rounds should a person actually shoot each week (on average) ? rifle, shotgun, handgun.
Given my situation and location, I try to average 200 rifle rounds (mostly.22), 50 shotgun (12g) and 50 handgun rounds (mostly .22) a week.
