My grandpa is still alive and 82 years old; but he has two German Lugers, a WW1 and a WW2, and a Winchester Model 100 semi-auto 308 with a rare Winchester 8 round magazine. He knows I love that Winchester Model 100; I do have one gun from him already though. It's a Remington Sportsman 12 Auto; basically it's a model 1100 with no engraving. He gave it to me for Christmas when I was a teenager and in 1999, I bought a factory Remington Cantilever fully rifled barrel for it and it is the most ultimate slug gun ever! More accurate than any pump I've ever had.
Even more awesome, the gun has never jammed; and my Dad and I have shot several 100-round sporting clays courses with it, before I set it up into a slug gun. It cycles rounds flawlessly and delivers deadly accuracy. It means a lot to me and I will always cherish it.
