It just burns me how UPS and FedEx dump their small packages onto USPS. USPS isn't charging them enough for that service and the shipments that originate with USPS suffer.

They can't charge any more than the Postal Rate Commission and the Board of Governors say they can. You'll have to take it up with those two groups.

Does it burn you when a UPS or FedEx airplane carries USPS mail? 'Cause they do.

Ya, but they're not losing money doing it, because they can set their own rates. See previous post re how USPS rates are set.
