Is my MKII Bull Barrel drilled for mounting?

I have been reading up on red dot sights and rails on MKII's and decided to go and check on my MKII bull barrel. It has 5 screws on the top but I am not sure if these are the correct drilled holes for mounting a a rail. Can someone tell me if these are the right ones? And what is the best rail setup for MKII's? Thanks in advance!

Yes, the two on top that dont hold anything down. The tiny slotted screws come out and the rail screws on. When you get the rail you will see. If I can get some photos of mine up ,I will.

Thanks. I'm happy that they're already there and all I need to do is buy the rail.

They are drilled to fit the Ruger factory rail, which will overhang the barrel slightly
