I was looking for an affordable 6mm arc AR, and all I've even seen available is basically cmmg, or psa selling cmmg. Then tonight I saw that Pro2a Tactical has some for less than $1000! (As opposed to $1400)

Does anyone have experience with them? Are they good? Are they a complete scam? Would you recommend I get an upper or whole gun with them?

That's what it looks like - legit. They are listed in the ATF FFL list and the info matches the website. No experience with them.

Wow. I'm completely new to this, but I am assuming if they're on the ATF list, there were lots of background checks and they'd pretty much have to be legit, right? It's not like they just hand out FFLs to anyone, right?

They're literally giving away stuff when you buy a rifle LOL. The site seems questionable, and the giving stuff way and low cost all seem "too good to be true", so I'm kinda worried about giving them personal info.

I've never bought anything from them, but I found out about them on here. For a while they were about the only ad I saw.

@Sanderguy777, FWIW, the usual red flags I look for are things like:
Do they have a street address? (Answer: sort of)
If I search the address online, can I see business? (Answer: no, because they don't list a #, only the street)
Do they list a phone number? (Answer: yes, and an email address)
Do they take Visa/MC/Other reputable credit cards? (Answer: apparently, yes)
Do they limit their payment options to paypal/zelle/bitcoin, etc.? (Answer: no, apparently)
Is their website written in broken English? (Answer: No)
Do the prices seem just too good to be true? (Answer: I'll let you be the judge)

I have a 223 wylde upper I impulse bought from them. It had to go back to get the feed ramps polished as it wouldn't feed. After a bunch of experimenting I cleaned it fully then ran one last mag or two through it to see if the last things i tried worked. Then I boxed it up without (foolishly on my part) cleaning it again. That last one I did was a full cleaning including scrubbing the inside of the upper, the lugs and chamber and running a rod and patches through the bore.

Initially they tried to tell me I could easily machine the ramps myself and they could give me pointers. I had to tell them I wanted it warrantied and lacked the time and tools for it, otherwise they wouldn't be hearing from me in the first place.

They worked on it and sent back and it works fine now but they also sent a snarky email about how filthy it was.

No, i did not make it spotless before I sent it in. Yes, that was my bad. No, it wasn't filthy with one mag through it after cleaning. And if filthiness is why it wouldn't shoot, clean it, shoot it and send it back to me without doing anything else. Bill me for return shipping. Don't do a bunch of machine work and then try to tell me lack of cleaning was the issue. If you did the warranty work then it was a warranty issue.

Their tone rubbed me the wrong way. I won't use them again although I hear of good experiences from others.
