Is the TSW moniker worth the $$ ??

I am looking at a regular ol' S&W 3953 versus a "souped up" S&W 3953-TSW.

There is a significant price difference between the two.

Can anyone objectively tell me what precipitates the increase in price for the TSW pistol, other than the flashlight rail??

thye always advertised that the tsw line was basically a leo "performance center" sort of
I never tried the two versions together, but the tsw models i have looked at always seemed much nicer than reg smiths
I shot the 4513tsw (.45) and i was very impressed. very accurate
