Currently? Yes. Tomorrow and beyond? Who knows. At this point the BATF has decided it is legal as the stock bump fires by a person's muscle rather than a spring in the other systems now considered machine guns. As long as the BATF keeps their opinion of this as is it will be fine to own. On the other hand, if the BATF changes their mind, as they have in the past, you will then be given a notice to return the stock or be a felon.
