The first person to get a target all prepared, will make the thread. Copying all the rules from this thread. Then we just post there. If you need to send the targets to someone (don't have a scanner or camera) I would be glad to do it, as would some others.

But, asking a dumb question - so you're saying we shoot a target, scan it and then post it to the new thread? If so, then do we collectively judge and score the targets?

Yes. The OP must include the rules and target from posts #s 37 and 39.
The rules have a scoring system with the targets, this bull counts for this many points, ect. Persoon with the most points wins. If there is a tie, i guess we will have to submit another target, or try a harder one for those people.

well mine all turned out red(low ink).....if i color them back in, do i need to fill it all the way back in, or can i only fill for example half the dot for a better aim point when using a scope?

Well, only filling them half way in might make them hard to score, but if you can still see it enough, it should be fine.

anyone start a new thread yet?
i finally fixed my bipod so i think ill get a target up today, im not gonna use the real 22mag since i am pretty low on em, but a while back i got 250 WRF 45g flat nose @1300fps for 5 bucks a bok.....more expensive than 22lr and same power, but i can shoot em in my 22 mag!
heck, i jus remembered dad has a marlin 60, mebbe ill use that instead

Haven't seen a new thread yet, so I'll make a comment...
Shot the target yesterday at the range. No pics yet, as I hope to shoot it again. No reason to clutter up the reports with pics of so-so shooting
50 yards, light left-to-right breeze, with scoped Ruger 77/22, using Federal AutoMatch .22LR.
Shot two pages - the first, I had 31 points of hits plus one row of consecutive hits for a total of 41. Second page had 33 points of hits but no bonus.
So, there it is...first time out of the barrel, so to speak: 41.
Side note: Anyone else use this Federal AutoMatch ammo? My guns do NOT like this stuff. Every time I dropped the mag to reload, I had to tap out lead shavings. I'm sure that's throwing my accuracy off...yeah, that's it...

anyone else got started yet? i already nicked the outer edge of the first largest and second largest targets lol an am about halfway through the shoot trying to decide if i ought to start over. hows everyone else doin so far? btw those bottom ones are really hard to hold on after a pot or two of coffee

The waether here has been COLD the last few days, but now it is like 60 degrees or so, so i am going to go out now and shoot some targets! Two different rifles to try....
