John Ross 500 Smith and wesson purchase

I opened this thread last night at castbollits and it's now closed.

John ross is a member here as am I and it pertains to purchasing guns.

I have paid John for the gun and he refuses to answer my calls, emails, texts, Facebook messages.

What can be done if John does not send the gun?

I doubt John will reply to any of this, just let my issue be a lesson.

Contact a lawyer and the police where he lives to report the theft since he already cashed the check. Other than that, there is nothing we can do. I'll leave this visible if anyone wants to pm other options.
