If I can consistently be in .750 and drop the extreme spread from the 20’s is would be happy. I am waiting on a mandrel sizing die, which I hope may help.

Well I can't tell ES from BS but I can tune a rifle and from my prospective .750 @100 yards is something you can accomplish easy enough.

It'll have a LOT more empty case to burn in.

Indeed, and assuming it is a match grade barrel and projectiles, would not be good enough.
