I can only buy one gun that has to be in $1K range?

Since this would more less be "mad money" probly an AR15, or an EMP40. They are the ones on my long list in the $1K range that I "need" the least, just really want em.

If I can buy 2 guns, CZ 75 and a S&W M&P9. Either way I may have to add alil to the initial amount.

CZ75 with threaded barrel and suppressor. I think I might juuuuust make it, maybe a tidbit over.

I'm a very careful shopper. With a little luck in the used gun case, I could get the Taurus 85 I'm saving for to be my carry gun, the Taurus PT92 I want as a competition pistol, and maybe even get the .22 rifle with the "small adult" stock I need because DH's Marlin is too long and too heavy for me.

If it's within $1000 and can't be over and has to be a semi-auto pistol then HK USP tactical .45.

The Dan Wesson PM9, 9mm 1911 I picked up today. The best, and best looking 9mm available. Mine was #22 of 30.

And unlike other high-end manufacturors, yes, $1000 was enough.

Since I am guessing our choices are among autoloader pistols.....

.45 HK USP45 Compact or HK45 Compact

and

.45 RIA Tactical 1911

What gun do you buy with that $1000.00?
Considering how the election may go I would buy a couple more Kel Tec PLR .223 pistols and put them away.

Second choice would be to put some more money with the $1,000 and buy a 6th Kimber.

Krochus: I remember having one of those on layaway back around '85. Changed my mind and didn't go through with the purchase. Always wondered...

Since this IS the semiauto handgun section of the site, I'm thinking the $1,000 would almost pay for a P7M8.

A COLT IS ALWAYS THE RIGHT ANSWER!

Lots of nice pistols around for that price. Just let me know how you plan on sending the money.;)
