Took the Kahr PM9 to the range today. As with the CW9 when I first shot it, I hated the trigger. I knew from experience with the CW9 it would get better tho, so I perservered,
I shot 50 rounds of CCI Blazer Brass FMJ 115 gr. first.
I then shot 75 rounds of WWB FMJ 115 gr.
I then shot 25 rounds of Federal JHP 147 gr.
Lastly I shot 25 rounds of Winchester Ranger Bonded JHP 147 gr.
I had ZERO malfunctions!
This little gun is a little snappy but shot and fed all the ammo flawlessly. By the time I got about 100 rounds in, the trigger seemed to smooth out and my accuracy improved quite a bit. I used Kahr 7 round mags and fired it in all configurations from a single round to 7+1. I would have no worries carrying this gun right now. I am quite impressed with Kahr as my CW9 performs flawlessly also. These guns are accurate once you get comfortable with them.
I finished off the remainder of the above ammo types with my XDm and it also continues to impress.
Fun day at the range.
