Kel Tec PLR goes click but not bang

Took my PLR to the range last week. It was fine. Took it home and cleaned it. Took it back tonight anbd it would click but it wouldnt go bang. Tried different ammmo and different mags. Still no bang. figure i did something in the put back together process. Where could I go wrong putting it back together such that it sounds like the click but not the bang.

Hard to say without seeing it; did you disassemble the bolt?

Did you remove the firing pin? If so, did you maybe try to install it after the retaining pin?

Tried everything. no go. so it goes back to kel tec. thanks for the advice.
