At a recent gunshow (31 Jan & Feb 1st '09) in Bessemer, AL a used
KEL-TEC P32 was on a dealer's table priced at $350~!
Is this a sign of the times~?

What does that mean exactly?
According to your Poll 40% of KelTec firearms have Problems Out of Box.
I would Like to see, if any, issues with a PLR16. Ive not seen one Bad posting of a PLR 16.
The poll should have been Restricted to standard Carry guns From KelTe
My response wasn't intended to be sarcastic, so if taken that way,..I'll apologize. What I meant is that they are not a highly refined and polished target firearm. Based on my personal experience,...with the 3rd generation P3AT and a P-11,..after a few hundred rounds through each,....they work for the purpose intended. Neither are a gun I'd want to spend a lot of time on the range target shooting with, because that's not what they are made for. Mine work. Period. That's what I expected them to do when I bought them,... to get wear on them from being carried and used, dinged up, finish worn, and to put rounds on target if and when I need them too, when and where it's up close and personal. Did I mention that mine work?? Some folks swear by them,...others at them. YMMV,...if so,..get a different gun. Just that.
My PF-9 shot 7" high and 7" to the left of point of aim, right out of the box. Sent it back and two weeks later got it back not only shooting to point of aim but doing so very accurately. They also changed out the plastic mag release button to a metal one and sent me two (2) free mags for my troubles.
Years ago, I remember reading an article about the S&W SW99/ New Jersey State Police debacle. After S&W took the SW99's back they selected a number of guns and sent them to an independant lab for testing.
Independant testing showed an average failure rate of 3%. S&W considered that acceptable and resold the guns to the public.
