Here is mine:

It is a Marlin 336 LTS. This has to be the handiest little levergun Marlin every made (except maybe the Marauder). I love the straight grip and the simple power and accuracy of this rifle. I wish I could find a couple more for my kids....

^Are those both new? They hardly look touched!
The AK only has about 100 rds since its "rebirth", it was built from a Romy kit on an AK builder flat. The AR is about 6 years old, but basically just gets range use, so it's had a pretty easy life. There's a little wear on both, but those pics do a really good job of hiding blemishes.

Rossi 62 sac.

Got it for my 5th birthday... 21 years behind that gun chasing rabbits.

I have KISS rifles, and Tacticools. I do like having a basic rifle without all the Mall-Ninja doodas hanging off it.

Old school tacticool.

Remington Model 81 in .35Rem. 15 Round magazine. Lyman 6R express style rear sight & Marbles tang sight gives this rifle 3 sighting options. Very KISS.

7 mil, how do you like that integral wood forward grip on your Romy?
I'm honestly torn on that vertical grip. I've never been crazy about how they look, but it's authentic Romy, and it's something different than most of the other AKs I run into at the range, which are usually stock or tacticooled WASRs. As far as function, I don't like to hold it like you would a baseball bat. But if i grip it like a horizontal grip, just using my ring an pinky fingers on the vertical part for support it actually works well and provides good control.

Scope problems? Pull a quarter out of your pocket and take it off. The receiver sights are pre-zeroed.

For me, it would have to be one of these two. Which one, would depend upon my AO.

For my current location (central Indiana), it would be this.

A Rossi in .45 Colt.

In the mountains, I'd go with this.

A sproterized (by a previous owner) '03 Springfield in 30-06.

Thanks for that--I don't know anyone with that particular rifle set-up and I've always been curious how it shoots compared to the modern vertical foregrips.

Here are a couple more of my KISS rifles.

First up is a 1898 .30-40 Krag that has been sporterized (is that even a word?) as folks say. Followed by a Winchester 94AE Wrangler .44 magnum.

that's a beautifully sporterized krag. every krag I have ever seen has been a text book bubba job, nice to see one escaped the hack saw.
