Last day to get the ATI 45 at a redicoulous price

There is a site called Slickguns, that I saw mentioned here, and they are running a special deal on the ATI, FX 45's for $280.00. Now that's almost half of what I have seen them for online and in gun stores. May be worth grabbing a nice all steel 1911 for under $300 dollars?

I want to see some reviews first, though. I've got a High Standard on layaway at Buds that's coming home in two weeks. Time to see if it'll need a safe buddy.

I'm not seeing where the Mail In Rebate is supposed to be sent to, or the price BEFORE the rebate.

Rebates take forever to be processed. In fact, I have a barrel from Storm Lake that's not going to arrive for three weeks. I sent rebate in on January 30th.

it's a $30 dollar rebate, go to where it says "go to store" the price there tells you to add slick guns in the comment for the additional rebate.

I see that sale runs through the end of July.
Reviews have been positive. Hickok45 likes it.
Luckily for me, I put my High Standard on layaway two weeks ago, Buds raised the price to $430. Oof.

That puts me in better shape to add another Philly to the collection, along with the High Standard AND the RIA Tac. The Remington R1 is sulking.

ATI got one

My LGS had them for $299, and then the $30 rebate comes off the top. So for less than $300 I have a new 1911. Took it to the range today. A bit rough at first, but after 100 rounds or so smoothed right out. Learning the sight was the trick for me. Shot well once I figured them out. Sorry, no pics. It really did happen, but without pics, it never did.
Tried to get another one after range time, but all sold out and sale is over for them.

I've got a High Standard arriving Tuesday. Its got a nicer finish than the ATI, but other than that, a GI is a GI when they hail from the South Pacific.

But I paid nearly $100 more. You did well. I know Hickok 45 likes that gun.

Impressed.

I had a chance to shoot the ATI in the Commander size and could own one without any disregards. It shot and handled very well. Under $300 is a bargain.
