TennVOL...I have been using my Lee Turret with aluminum base for 18 years without a hiccup, except those caused by me. Your cast iron cracked? Sounds like a foundery defect and you rather complain about it then to call Lee and get it replaced or was it caused by you...

Quickdraw McGraw...I like your die stowage idea and will keep it in mind. Have you thought about using the red die set covers for dust covers on those dies?

I think its a POS. Mine is developing a crack along the bottom near the pivot point. Crack is in a arc and is almost all the way threw the press. Go blue...not red for your press.

This post is worthless without pictures!:eek::what:
Otherwise I claim TROLL

For the price, it's tops. At twice the price, it's still a terrific deal.

I love mine without equivocation.

No, I only have one red cover but I keep them under my loading bench locked up (I have a 7 year old boy).

Congrats on the seven year old boy...My 4 boys and 1 girl are all grown and gone.:D

Isn't time you started teaching that 7 year old how to reload and shoot?:)

That's why I keep it locked up, he helps me when I reload and he now thinks he can do it without my help. He's also got a Rossi 22lr/410 with a Simmons red dot for his paper/can punching! :uhoh:
