Can't complain about my lgs. I'm a regular there and they greet their regulars all by name and if you aren't a regular they greet you as you come in the door.
Much as any hobby related shop. There's often some standing around waiting for somebody's conversation to end before they can attend to you. That's expected. If they're just jawing with me and I notice somebody waiting I'll often redirect their attention to the new customer since I'm mainly there to see what new guns they have.
Gun prices are very decent and they do price matching , no issues with transfers also. Some of their ammo is expensive though. Like federal automatch22 lr 325 Rd for 31 bucks but the cci when they do have them are 10cents a rd. Those I get some of.
They have good inventory and they are a cz dealer so I get to check out their nice 22 lr rifles and Dan wesson pistols
Regarding trading in they have on one of their receipts that the most they can offer for a gun is 65% of what they can get it for from their distributor.
