I actually look at peoples sigs maybe 1-2% and thats on the high side. I have a feeling that majority of the people here are the same way. I will confess though! When I first started posting here I put a list of some of my favorites in my sig but took them down a few days later.

I posted my list of guns the first day I was on this forum but quickly took it off when I noticed few other people do it. I don't, however, see any problem with people who like to list some what they have.

I put my most recent toy in my sig when I got tired of looking at folks over at Legal and Political who didn't seem to know squat about boomsticks, but knew that Bush was eeevvilllll....

No offense to anybody, but I always considered it kind of a newbie/bragging thing.
The anonymity of the internet is a myth. I would no more put a list of the guns that I own in my sig, than I would a list of all of my other valuables.
If I need info on a gun, I don't look for someone with it listed in their sig. I'll first use Google, then use THR's search function, and finally if my question(s) have not been answered, I'll start a thread.

I would have to keep changing my sig line, as you guys keep changing my mind on what I want or need...Oh yeah....guess I need a signature line!
