Not with any great quality. .380 is substantially smaller case O.D. and untapered.

Frequently, dies from one caliber may be used to load other calibers. Due to the locations of crimping shoulders, the operation may only work for dies of the shorter caliber to the longer. You may notice a label depicting the shorter die in your set for the longer version of the cartridge, we do this to reduce costs.
Even though some dies are interchangable, in many cases, different shellholders are necessary. You can see a complete list of shellholders under "Case Preparation" then "Shellholders and Calibers".

*The 45 Colt expander die will also work for the 454 Casull by backing the die out approximately two turns to compensate for the difference in case length.
**Our dies allow the use of .308 bullets in the 32 H&R Magnum. The other bullet diameter commonly used is .311 and that is the expander that comes with the set. To use .308 bullets, it is necessary to purchase an additional expander and turn it down to .308. This can be done using a drill press and emery cloth or if you buy the additional expander from the factory, we will do it for $10.00.

No, you can't. The only similarity is the diameter of the bullet they both use.

You might be able to use the 380 expander and seating dies for 9x19 with appropriate adjustments but the 380 sizing die will not work.
You would at least need a 9x19 sizing die
Since the sizing die is the most expensive, don't be penny wise and pound foolish and get a full set of 9x19 dies.
If money is an object, get a set of Lee dies. Reasonable cost and reasonable quality. Many folks swear by them.

The reverse is true also. You can't reload 380's with 9mm dies either...tried it and it didn't work.

Sorry, screwed up again.
Just checked and Midway the Lee 9mm 3-die set in stock. Four die set, with FCD, is on backorder. However, FCD is in stock as a separate purchase. Bought separately they are only about $4 more than the 4-die set.
If you are anywhere in Middle GA I have a 9mm FCD that you can have cheap. I found it to be totally useless.

In an emergency (or just to see if you can do it) you can use a .38 Special sizing die and .380 expander/seater/crimp dies. But you'll still need a shellholder. The .38 Special die will size the cases using much less force than a proper 9mm die, but it will still size them down a little too small and reduce case life.

When sizing my 9MM brass I find one that slides rite in and only deprimes--these I put in the 380 bin as that's what they are. this is the easiest way to sort the two sizes that I have found so far.
FWIW I would buy the carbide dies whenever they are available.
