I got in a trade a barrel, bunch of bullets, powder and stuff. Now I need some load recommendations.
I traded one of my handguns to a guy for following:
A new Bar-Sto barrel for G-17, 10,000+ 9mm 147gr cast bullets, 33+ pounds of Winchester 231 powder, 3,200+ various small pistol primers and 5 gal bucket full of clean mostly once shot Winchester 9mm brass.
I need some recommendations for 9mm load using these 147gr cast bullets and Winchester 231 powder. I will be using this load in my Glock 17 and maybe in the P-35. I'm looking for something that will reliably cycle the Glock and have decent accuracy without going too fast. I don't need a "hot" load.
The Bar-Sto barrel is being fitted to my Glock 17 right now.
